Because older homes can reveal hidden surprises once construction is underway, we recommend setting aside a contingency of 10–15% of your total project budget.

Construction timelines vary depending on the complexity of the remodel, permitting and material lead times. Before work begins, we'll provide a detailed project schedule and keep you informed every step of the way.

While we don’t have formal project minimums, we do focus on full renovations of whole spaces. For example, we wouldn't be the right fit to retile a shower or replace a vanity—but we would be a great fit to reimagine the entire bathroom, even if it's a small one.
